What you need (before you start)
Your ID (passport, national ID card or driver's license)
Verification Process
Open the email from Novomove and click on "Submit Verification".
2. A secure Stripe page will open with the terms and conditions. Click "Agree and Continue"
3. If on your desktop or laptop, it will show you a QR code that you can scan on your mobile device to continue verification from there. Or if you want to continue on your desktop click on “Other options” and choose to "Continue on this device”
4. Click "I'm ready"
5. Take a photo of your ID and click "Submit photo".
*Note: it automatically takes a photo as long as it is clear and well-lit.
Good photo checklist:
Flat surface, good light, no shadows
Text is sharp and readable
Entire document visible
6. Take a selfie (liveness check), click "Continue".
Guidelines:
Allow camera permissions
Keep your face centered; remove hats/glasses if asked
Follow the on-screen prompts (turn head, blink, etc. if requested)
7. Click Submit. Keep the window open until you see “Verification submitted”
8. Once submitted, you will be receiving an email from Novomove confirming your submission.
