🔎 Where to Upload Documents
You can upload all required documents directly inside your order’s chat section. This ensures our team receives them immediately for review.
Steps:
Log into your Novomove account: Log in here
Open your active order
Scroll down to the Order Chat section
Click the paperclip (📎) icon next to the message box
Select your file and click Send
✅ That’s it — your file will appear in the order chat and go straight into our system.
⚠️ Important Notes
Email attachments won’t reach us → Please don’t reply to emails with files attached. They will not be processed.
Stripe verification is separate → If you completed Stripe ID verification (live selfie + ID check), that does not replace uploading documents to your Novomove order.
One order, one upload area → Always upload files in the chat of the order they belong to.
📘 Example: Document Request Email from Us
When we request a document, the instructions will look like this:
Hi,
Please upload your [document name] directly to your Novomove account:
Log in to your Novomove account
Open your order
Scroll to the chat section
Click the paperclip (📎) icon → upload your file → hit Send
⚠️ Important: Email attachments do not reach us. Only uploads through your account go into our review system.
✅ Do’s & Don’ts
Do:
Always upload via the paperclip icon in your order chat
Double-check you are in the correct order before uploading
Contact us if your file doesn’t appear after upload
Don’t:
Send files as email attachments (they won’t arrive)
Confuse Stripe verification with document uploads
Assume documents sent by email are received
