A letter from a client, your accountant or business partner stating that you’re are the owner of your company (not necessary if you’re a freelancer)

It must be recent and signed, issued within the last six months.
It must reflect your full name exactly as displayed on your passport.
If applicable, it should state your business name (freelancers are exempt).
It must indicate the amount of income received.
It must be written on the official company letterhead of your client or business partner
It should include the initiation date of your professional relationship or partnership.
